The Society’s 44th Annual Symposium will explore the latest developments in Federal sector labor-management and employee relations and provide hands-on training on implementing the Federal Service Labor Management Relations Statute and other laws that regulate the employment of Federal employees. SFLERP strives to provide quality training for its members and the profession in general. All our faculty members are volunteers and are not remunerated.
The Symposium will be held at the Hilton Crystal City Hotel, 2399 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202, a short ride from Reagan National Airport. The hotel is about 7 blocks from the Crystal City metro station. A limited number of rooms was set aside for conference participants at a rate of $209 single/double, plus tax. There may still be rooms available. For reservations, call the hotel directly at 800-695-7551 and request group rate for “Society of Federal Labor.”
Registration fees are $415 for Society members and $490 for non-members. Join SFLERP at the low rate of $50 a year prior to registering for the Symposium, and then register at the member rate! Save money now!
How to Register
Online – To register for the Symposium simply fill out the Registration Form (make sure you include your email address), and pay the registration fee online. SFLERP uses PayPal as its online credit card processor. No need to sign up for PayPal in order to register online.
Fax, Mail or Email – You may also print out the completed form, include form of payment, and mail all materials to SFLERP, PO Box 25112, Arlington, VA 22202. Checks and Training Authorizations, Form DD1556, and Purchase Orders are also accepted and must be made payable to Society of Federal Labor and Employee Relations Professionals, PO Box 25112, Arlington, VA 22202. For tax-reporting purposes, SFLERP’s FIN Number is 23-7283877. There is an additional processing fee of $20 when paying by purchase order or other forms. Registrations paid by credit card or purchase order may be scanned/emailed to email@example.com or faxed to 703-852-4461.
The registration fee includes conference materials, daily refreshments, lunch on both days, Thursday evening reception, and attendance to workshops. If you join SFLERP, you automatically qualify to register for the Symposium at the member rate. Once your registration is processed, you will be sent a confirmation by email.
Full refunds (except for a $50 cancellation fee) will be issued if you cancel your registration in writing by Friday, April 28, 2017. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 28 and purchase orders, training authorizations, etc., will be invoiced. Substitutions are permitted at any time but the member/non-member rate will apply.
