Howard Friedman: Recipient of SFLERP Lifetime Achievement Award

During the recent SFLERP Symposium, the Board presented the Society’s Lifetime Achievement Award to Howard Friedman, President of NTEU Chapter 245 at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.  The award is presented annually to a member of the Society who has made outstanding contributions to the Federal labor management relations program and dedicated service to SFLERP.  Howard has been President of NTEU Chapter 245 since 1995 and has been a trademark attorney at the PTO since 1993.  He has volunteered with SFLERP by teaching employee and labor relations in the Society’s annual regional ER/LR trainings, making presentations on various topics at the Society’s national symposia, and serving on the SFLERP National Board as a Board member, Vice President, National President, and Past-President. SFLERP congratulates Howard for his many contributions to SFLERP and to the profession!
