FLRA Office of the General Counsel Announces Upcoming
‘Tuesday Training’ Schedule for January – March 2026

 

The FLRA’s Office of the General Counsel is pleased to announce our Winter 2026 Tuesday
Training schedule upcoming training schedule for the upcoming January – March 2026 series.
Both union and management representatives are encouraged to attend these virtual sessions.
Each training will focus on the legal standards, process, defenses, and best practices for common
unfair labor practices and representation cases. Assistant General Counsel Cabrina Smith will
teach the February 17, 2026 session on Appeals, and the remainder of the classes will be taught
by Assistant General Counsel Bill Kirsner.

The FLRA administers the labor-management relations program for 2.1 million non-Postal federal
employees worldwide, approximately 1.2 million of whom are represented in 2,200 bargaining
