SFLERP provides many member benefits:

Membership Information
Membership in SFLERP is open to all individuals interested in federal labor and employee relations. All individual members shall have the right to vote in SFLERP elections. In keeping with the tripartite composition of the Society, officers of the National organization and local chapters must be representatives of the three components of the federal labor and employee relations community (management, labor, or neutrals), with the various officers and board members elected on a rotating basis.
General Membership
General Membership in SFLERP is open to all individuals interested in Federal labor and employee relations. A General member shall have the right to vote in SFLERP elections and to hold elected office if he/she is a representative of one of the three components of the federal employee-labor relations community: management, labor, and neutral.

Sponsored or Organizational Membership
Organizations whose members or employees are interested in labor and employee relations may join as Organizational Members in their own name. Such organizations may sponsor up to five individuals who may participate as General members at a reduced fee. Such members retain the full benefit of membership and may vote and hold office if so qualified. The Organization may not vote nor hold any elected office. Organizational Membership Application
Student Membership
All students interested in federal labor and employee relations can join as student members. Student members will receive a discount membership rate. The student must submit proof of full-time student status, such as a student ID card or tuition receipt, and may not be employed full-time.
Retirees
All retirees who want to continue membership or join as an SFLERP member may do so and enjoy the discounted membership rate. The retiree must not be engaged in any work-related activity in the labor-management field.
DUES
- One (1) year at $75
- Two (2) years at $135
- Three (3) years at $200
- One (1) year at $150 for Organizational Membership
- One (1) year at $20 for Sponsored Member
- One (1) year at $50 for Retirees
- One (1) year at $20 for a Student Member
