The Washington Regional Office of the FLRA Announces Upcoming
In-Person Training in Detroit, Michigan on August 26, 2026

The Washington Regional Office of the FLRA’s Office of the General Counsel is pleased to
announce our upcoming training being held in-person at the Detroit, Michigan Patrick V.
McNamara Federal Building on August 26, 2026.

“Training is an important part of the FLRA’s mission, and we are excited to provide our parties
with opportunities to learn more about the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations
Statute,” said Jessica Bartlett, Washington Regional Director.

Both union and management representatives are encouraged to attend.  The training will focus on
information requests, meetings, unilateral change and midterm bargaining, and union unfair labor
practice charges.  Attorneys Julia Napier and Pauline Nguyen from the Washington Regional
Office will present the training.
