SPEAKER:  MICHAEL WOLF, FLRA’S DIRECTOR OF THE COLLABORATION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM.

Michael has spent decades creating value from workplace engagement and conflict management. He exercises expert ADR & ODR skills as a mediator, trainer, educator, facilitator, consult, coach, ADR/ODR systems developer, and organizational leader.

At the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Michael is the Director of the Collaboration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Concurrently, he is the Settlement Official for FLRA unfair labor practice cases.

Previously, Michael was Counsel for Dispute Resolution Technology at the National Mediation Board and Assoc, Director of former Secretary of Labor W.J. Usery’s Center for the Workplace.

At the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, Michael was a Commissioner, Federal Mediator, Director of Mediation Technology Services, and Special Assistant to the FMCS Director.

Immediately after law school, Michael spent more than a decade practicing labor and employment law and a brief time as a Congressional staffer.
