The Denver Regional Office of the FLRA Announces Upcoming In-Person Training in Chicago, Illinois on August 25, 2026
The Denver Regional Office of the FLRA’s Office of the General Counsel is pleased to announce
our upcoming training being held in-person at the Ralph H. Metcalfe Federal Building in
Chicago, Illinois, on August 25, 2026.
“Training is an important part of the FLRA’s mission, and we are excited to provide our parties
with opportunities to learn more about the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations
Statute,” said Jessica Bartlett, Denver Regional Director.
Both union and management representatives are encouraged to attend. The training will focus on
an introduction to the structure of the FLRA, the basics of bargaining in good faith, interference,
meetings, and information requests. Denver Regional Attorney Michael Quintanilla, and
Attorneys Kate De La Cruz, Whitney McOwen, and Katie Smith will present the training.
