The San Francisco Regional Office of the FLRA Announces an Upcoming
In-Person ONLY Training in Dallas, Texas on August 4, 2026
The San Francisco Regional Office of the FLRA’s Office of the General Counsel is pleased to
announce our upcoming training to be held in person ONLY at the Federal Building
(Terminal/Annex), Dallas, Texas on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm (CDT).
“Training is an important part of the FLRA’s mission, and we are excited to provide our parties
with opportunities to learn more about the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations
Statute,” said John Pannozzo, San Francisco Regional Director.
Both union and management representatives are encouraged to attend. The training will provide
an introduction to the FLRA and Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute and
address common unfair labor practices. Topics to be covered are collective bargaining, meetings,
and interference and retaliation, followed by a question-and-answer session.
Senior Attorney John Richter will lead the training. Please note that the space available in this
conference room is limited to a maximum of 40 persons. You are encouraged to register early if
you plan to attend.
