This 2-day program will cover, among other topics, the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute; terms and roles of third parties; bargaining units and exclusive representation; statutory rights of the parties; representation rights; formal discussions and investigations; grievances and arbitration; and unfair labor practices (ULPs). It will also cover the current Executive Orders and court challenges that impact Federal Sector Labor Relations.
